Background

My name is James and I live in Hamilton Ontario, Canada. I've always had an interest in tech and decided to make a shift to the world of web development in 2020. It took several months for me to get a sense of how the industry works and what niche I wanted to move into. Since I have a love for graphic design and the visual arts I decided working in the front end was for me. In 2021 I decided to join the online teaching company Treehouse and enroll in their front-end tech degree program. The program has been incredibly beneficial, helping me craft practical skills through a project-centric curriculum. Currently, I am doing some contract work while I finish my final unit in the tech degree program.
